Let's take a virtual tour of the property. We put on a new roof, ran all new copper & pvc plumbing, added gutters and replaced some of the electrical wiring & drywall. This has been our vacation house for the last two years, and we had a contractor complete everything above. We've also done more rehab on the house ourselves, including interior paint, completely renovate both bathrooms, replace light switches, outlets, and light fixtures. We put up ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms, and replaced all of the interior doors. Also since some of these pictures were taken we have repainted the exterior of the house.
